Working closely with FRCS and the school itself, ULCCO Special Projects will be the main contractor responsible for the delivery of this prestigious scheme, designed by renowned and award winning architects O'Donnell Tuomey from Dublin.

The full design team, led by O'Donnell Tuomey will spend the next several months working through the early RIBA design stages, developing the concept design through to technical and construction designed information to BIM level 2, producing 3D modelling and drawings for the building.

The project will be used as a "living laboratory" for lecturers and students of the school, who will engage with designers and constructors throughout the full design and build process.

The new facilities will comprise of the construction of the new building on land at the rear of the existing school, along with the refurbishment of the existing Leverhulme Building and the listed Abercromby Terraced Buildings.
