Designed by Sheppard Robson, New Derby Halls have been built on the site of the old Rathbone Hall and Wardens Lodge. The halls now include two blocks housing 489 student bedrooms and a self-catered kitchen for every bedroom cluster. The blocks also host a Hub area, Gym, Sports Pitches and Landscaped Gardens.
