Conference calls

As well as handling incoming telephone calls to the University the Switchboard can set up conference calls for staff.

To book a conference call please provide the following information:

  • The date, time and expected duration of the call
  • The name of the Chairperson of the call
  • How many lines (including the Chairperson)?
  • Which country will the participants be joining the call from?
  • An account code that the call will be charged to.
