As well as handling incoming telephone calls to the University the Switchboard can set up conference calls for staff.
To book a conference call please provide the following information:
- The date, time and expected duration of the call
- The name of the Chairperson of the call
- How many lines (including the Chairperson)?
- Which country will the participants be joining the call from?
- An account code that the call will be charged to.
