In addition to the legal requirements the Project Managers will undertake your project complying with the UOL Procurement Policy to ensure value for money on delivery.
Projects take varying amounts of time dependent on complexity, please bear this in mind when developing your plans. Specific advice will be given via the Project Management team, as a guide, the minimum period from receipt of an initial enquiry to a stage when a project feasibility scheme is undertaken with budget costs would be two months.
Some projects will require a business case for approval to proceed, your Project Manager can advise on this process.
