DESCRIPTION:Georgia Harris, Rich Bond, Lydia Ward and Siubhán Macauley first met whilst studying music at the University of Liverpool and formed Selkies in 2015. The members all share a passion for folk music and storytelling is an important aspect of their performance. Selkies transition between love songs and murder ballads and the blend of four unique voices, together with a mixture of modern and more traditional instruments, makes an ethereal broth of dark, haunting, magical goodness.
