After our last session in April, we’re bringing you another brilliant conversation, and this time all about leadership and how recent graduates are finding their feet and voice in the world of work.Event details:Date: Wednesday 19 November 2025Time: 1pm (GMT)Location: Online via ZoomWhat to expect?You’ll hear from a group of recent Liverpool graduates, sharing real stories about growing confidence, making decisions, stepping up and figuring it out as they go.This relaxed and honest panel talk will explore how leadership can take shape in many ways and how you can start developing your own leadership style from wherever you are now.Meet the speakers:Dora Kmezić (BA Hons Music and Technology 2021): Label Manager at Delphian Records, Recording Producer and Orchestrator, Dora is an experienced orchestral music professional specialising in production and creative project management across film, TV, and classical music. Based in London, she has led collaborations with major orchestras, managed award-winning recording projects, and overseen all stages of production—from orchestration and recording to release strategy and distribution.Cosmin Gazii (BA Hons Business Management with Yr in Ind 2022): Cosmin began his career in Learning & Development at Unilever and now works as an Early Careers Talent Manager at bp, shaping global programmes that empower the next generation of leaders and build future-ready talent. He’s passionate about helping people grow, the future of work and driving strategy through integrated talent systems.Megan Turnock (MSc Sports Business and Management 2024, BA Hons International Business 2023): Megan leads Events and Fundraising at Durham Cricket Foundation, creating impactful experiences that drive community engagement and support. Megan thrives on building meaningful partnerships with sponsors, donors and stakeholders to ensure sport remains a powerful force for good across the North East.Hosted by:Tawhidur Pir (BA Hons Criminology 2021): After relocating from Manchester to Merseyside to pursue a career with the Police, Tawhidur took a different path into logistics after graduation. Now a Warehouse Shift Manager at The Co-Op Logistics, he continues to volunteer as a Police Officer for Merseyside Police, channelling his passion for leadership and management into both his professional and community roles.
