DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided tour to find out what the Materials Innovation Factory (MIF) is all about, and how the approaches to materials science drive research and innovation, as part of Sustainability Week 2024! The MIF houses one of the highest-concentrations of Materials Science Robotics in the world, and a suite of advanced analytical equipment. The Materials Innovation Factory combines: Specialised space Flexible colocation options Differentiated equipment Differentiated methodology and software platforms Skilled technical support staff Network of hi-tech equipment/service providers Academic thought leaders. PPE will be provided for the tours. Please note the taking of photos is not allowed in the MIF labs.
