About
Personal Statement
I am a member of the Fluids Engineering research group in the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering. I completed an MEng degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Loughborough University in 2005, before joining the fluids group in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where I was awarded my PhD in 2009. I continued to work in that group after my PhD as I was granted an EPSRC PhD-plus award to further develop ideas related to my PhD research. In 2010 I moved to the combustion group within the same department at Cambridge as a Research Associate, until being appointed Lecturer at Liverpool in August 2011.
