He is also a design researcher under the sponsorship of Hyundai Kia Motors at the Intelligent Mobility Design Centre of the Royal College of Art, London. Prior to these appointments, he was Course Leader and Lecturer of Engineering Design in the Department of Aeronautics at Imperial College London (2016-18), and a visiting lecturer at the Royal Collect of Art.
He graduated from Cambridge with a PhD in Engineering (Advanced Structures Group) in 2014, during which he also attended the Florence Academy of Art, Italy. Subsequently he joined the Aerial Robotics Laboratory at Imperial College London as a Post-doctoral Research Associate in Robotics. He holds BSc (First Call Hons.) and MSc (Distinction) degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Sharif Unversity of Technology, Tehran, Iran and the University of Sheffield, UK, respectively.
