    Teaching

My teaching interests are in the area of digital systems including, digital electronics, computer systems, networking systems, software development and VHDL. The main theme behind these areas is the ¿design¿ aspects. Whilst it is relatively easy to teach methods, students seem to struggle with the concept of design. Therefore teaching has to start with the design of simple components leading to more complex modules.
