Business Objects access: New online form

Requests for access to Business Objects software can now be made through an online form in the CSD Service Desk self-service portal: https://servicedesk.liverpool.ac.uk

This replaces the previously used paper form and will automatically go to your line manager as well as any involved Business Objects folder owners for approval.

Requests to attend Business Objects training courses also take place through the self-service portal: https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/csd/ITWorkshops
