CSD Workshop - Online Store: Conferences & Events Module - Monday 19th August, 10:00 - 12:00

This course is aimed at members of staff who want to regularly use the University's Online Store to take bookings and/or payments for conferences and events via credit or debit card and would find it beneficial to be able to personally input and manage these events.

Infrequent users are instead advised to complete an Online Store Submission Form so that CSD can add an event for you. The form is available to complete in TULIP via Finance > E-Commerce > Online Store Setup Requests.

For regular users, the session will show you how to:
- Set up an event
- Add chargeable and/or bookable extras to your event
- Add attendee categories to your event
- Set up a waiting list
- Run detailed reports on your event

This course is for staff only - bookings and access to the Online Store must be authorised by your School Manager before the course.

The course is aimed at members of staff that want to take payments for conferences and events. For short courses, (e.g CPD courses), please look out for "Online Store - Short Courses Module" sessions.
