Update: Staff access to VITAL modules interrupted

As reported on Thursday 7 February, an issue which resulted in some staff losing access to modules in VITAL had been resolved.
However, a separate issue has been identified which could also leave some staff without access to their modules in VITAL.
We are currently working with the supplier to resolve this, and will provide a further update later today.
We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
