This module provides an introduction to quantitative research methods and is designed to equip students with technical knowledge and practical skills required for conducting high quality quantitative research in business and management. The learning and teaching of the module is centred around active learning, by which students must take the initiative in their research work and conduct research with integrity. The module will enable students to define a research question suitable for quantitative investigation, design the empirical strategy, present the empirical results, and derive conclusions based on the empirical results.
