Through opportunities in research groups, summer internships, short industry placements or the central teaching laboratories, you will help you tackle real-world challenges and expand your knowledge through an extended project linked to our research clusters including Chemical Models, Chemistry of World Health, Energy and Interfaces, Materials Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Catalysis, and wider topics such as chemical education This is supported by hands-on experience in key chemistry areas, including synthetic organic and inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, computational methods, and chemical education. Through mini-project lab rotations and research projects, you'll develop practical skills, enhance your science communication, and boost employability.
