How you'll learn
Teaching takes place through a combination of lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials, and practical computer-based sessions. Students learn through both individual and group activities, including case studies, business simulations, data analysis exercises, and project work.
The programme is supported by digital learning resources and specialist software platforms. Teaching is informed by current industry practice and research-led expertise.
Students are expected to undertake independent study alongside scheduled teaching, including reading, research, data analysis, and preparation for assessments and project work.
How you're assessed
Students are assessed through a variety of methods designed to develop both academic and professional skills. Assessment methods may include coursework, reports, presentations, group projects, case study analysis, practical data analysis tasks, portfolios, and examinations.
Assessments are designed to reflect real-world business and analytical challenges, enabling students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical organisational problems. The balance between coursework and examinations will vary between modules and years of study.
