The University’s Student Services team offer comprehensive support to all students across a number of areas including:
- Student Welfare Advice and Guidance
- Counselling Service
- Mental Health Advisory Service
- Advice and Guidance
- Disability Advice and Guidance
- International Advice and Guidance
- Money Advice and Guidance.
The teams are providing support through video (Microsoft Teams or Zoom), phone and email between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Confidential face-to-face appointments are also available and can be accessed via the online booking system. There will be an option for quick enquiry appointments in person or via video call.
Student Services are based in the Alsop Building on University Square.
The International Advice and Guidance team have also created a welcome week page for any students coming to Liverpool and starting a new academic course from September 2021 onwards.
