Wellbeing and mental health support

The health and wellbeing of our University community is of paramount importance.

There are numerous resources available for staff via the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – a confidential counselling and information service to help staff with personal, or work-related problems that may be affecting your health, wellbeing or performance.

To find out about activities that are going on across our University to support colleagues' wellbeing, visit the Mental Wellbeing for Staff pages and the Get Involved page of the Wellbeing Hub.

If you are continuing to work remotely, we have collated guidance on ways in which you can ensure that you are taking steps to be able to work as effectively and comfortably as you can when remote working while safeguarding your mental health and wellbeing.

You can find information about support for managers on returning to campus on the HR Intranet.
