Millie Hart: An EQ+ Celebration Series Winner Story

Millie is combining an LLB with a pioneering motorsport career. In 2025, she became the first female racing driver in more than 12 years to win a national championship, taking the BMW Supercup title while managing the demands of university and life with ASD and ADHD. The achievement has reshaped how she sees herself and what she believes is possible.

How did winning the BMW Supercup change the way you see yourself?

Before I started car racing, I lacked confidence and did not feel like I would ever be successful. Winning the championship was life-changing for me because it changed my mindset completely. It showed me that I can work hard towards something, push through the difficult bits and achieve more than I thought I could. I feel much stronger going into my second year of Law because of it.

What has it been like balancing Law, racing and everything else?

My motorsport career takes a lot of dedication, and I have been balancing it with my studies at Liverpool as well as my ASD and ADHD diagnosis. It has definitely been demanding, but it has made me more determined. I want people to see that things can be challenging without being impossible. My own journey has made me want to share the message that you can keep moving forward and aim high, even when you have barriers in your way.

What are you working towards next?

In motorsport, my main goal is to become an F1 Academy driver and build on the success of the 2025 racing season. Alongside that, I am aiming for a 2:1 or a First in my Law degree and want to gain work experience that could lead to a training contract with a top law firm. I am excited to keep building both sides of my future.
