Digital Accelerator Programme

Here at Careers and Employability at the University of Liverpool, we like to recognise the skills and strengths that our students have. Thanks to our partnership with Agent Academy CIC, we are able to present you our Digital Accelerator Programme!

Applications have closed for the Digital Accelerator Programme 2023.

We have recruited penultimate year undergraduate commuter students across all degree subjects to join the next group to be trained as Digital Coaches by the Careers and Employability team at the University of Liverpool, working in partnership with Agent Academy CIC and over 200 Liverpool-based businesses.

Keep an eye out for what they get up to on our social media channels @livunicareers and also the sessions they will be delivering on campus in the Career Studio next semester.

Meet our Digital Coach Alumni

Our previous Digital Coaches have gone on to do amazing things, whether that be progressing to postgraduate study, completing graduate schemes or landing their dream role with a business in the Liverpool City Region. Some of our Digital Coaches have even gone on to work with one of the businesses they met whilst completing the programme, having completed work experience, shadowed an employer or attended a networking event - the opportunities have been endless!

You can find out more about how they found the programme and where they are now here.

Discover more about the Digital Skills Accelerator Programme

Our Digital Skills training programme aims to improve the employment prospects for local students and graduates, provide the skills that local employers demand, and boost the local economy. Last year we recruited 19 University of Liverpool students and over the summer they developed a series of workshops to share what they've learned with other students.

The digital coach programme transformed my life and led me to where I am now. Without it, I wouldn't be in my great role within Careers and I wouldn't have met all the amazing people and other digital coaches who brought the project to life.
