Graduate Outcomes

We hope you’ll keep in touch with the University when you’ve finished your studies. Whether you are still studying, started your graduate career or exploring other options, we’re keen to hear about your activities.

Graduate Outcomes is a national survey that gathers information about the activities and perspectives of graduates 15 months after they have finished a University course. Graduate Outcomes has replaced the previous Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey (DLHE).

Anyone who leaves the University of Liverpool after 1 August 2017 will be asked to complete Graduate Outcomes.

Why is Graduate Outcomes important?

Your responses to Graduate Outcomes will help current and future Liverpool students gain an insight into career destinations and progression. Your responses will also help us to evaluate and promote our degree programmes. The survey is nationally significant; it allows policy makers, researchers and others to understand the higher education sector and the state of the graduate labour market.

How will I be contacted?

The University will provide you with more information about Graduate Outcomes shortly before you are invited to complete it. You will receive an email inviting you to complete the survey online. You may also be contacted by telephone and asked to complete the survey over the phone. If you are not contactable we may seek the information from a third party, such as your academic department, or through a home number. When you are contacted by the survey organisation, you will be able to opt out and you will not be contacted again.
