Dr Simon Marsden is a specialist in 19th Century Literature. He is writing a book entitled Emily Bronte and the Religious Imagination.

- Dr Greg Lynall is an 18th Century specialist. He is the author of Swift and Science.

Medieval Literature

Dr Sarah Peverley is a specialist in Medieval Literature and she was recently named as a BBC New Generation Thinker. . Please note: Sarah is not available in the current academic year (2013/14)

Creative Writing

Dr John Redmond is a poet and academic. The author of two collections of poems, his most recent book of literary criticism is Poetry and Privacy. .

Discourse Analysis

Dr Karl Simms is a specialist in Linguistics and Critical Theory. He is the author of numerous works including a study of Paul Ricouer.

The History of English or Language Change

Dr Victorina Gonzalez-Diaz is a specialist in historical English syntax and semantics. Amongst her publications is a book on the history of English adjective comparison.
