Research Overview
Anna's research interests include the reconciliation of Egyptian and Sudanese object assemblages and archives, New Kingdom architecture and sculpture, the history of archaeological funding in Egypt and object distribution in the late-19th and early 20th centuries, and object- and archive-based teaching. She is the author of numerous publications on archaeology and museum studies including the book 'The Colossal Statue of Ramesses II' with British Museum Press.
