Mental Health Awareness Week: 11 - 17 May
We are proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week for another year with free sessions to improve your wellbeing.
This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme is Action - because while awareness is important, real and lasting change happens when we take meaningful steps to support our wellbeing. Together, we’ve made great progress in how we understand and talk about mental health, but there is still more to do to prevent people from becoming unwell in the first place.
At Active Liverpool, we’re supporting this year’s theme by creating opportunities for staff and students to take positive action through movement, connection, and support. From inclusive fitness sessions and social sport to wellbeing-focused activities and supportive environments, we’re encouraging our community to take small, manageable steps that can have a big impact on mental health.
Whether it’s getting active, trying something new, or simply taking time out to reset, every action counts. Join us this week and be part of a healthier, more supportive community
