Kaplan Living Liverpool is a new residence that opened in January 2020.

It's vibrant city centre location is close to everything you need and within a stone's throw of the University of Liverpool.

The modern accommodation comes with everything you need to feel at home having private bedroom with en-suite shower room and shared lounge/kitchen facilities.

An experienced and friendly management team are on site 24 hours a day  ready to assist you in any way they can.

Contract Information

If you receive an offer for accommodation with our University Approved Private Providers, the contract will be with the provider themselves and not the University of Liverpool.  The offer received will only be a recommendation and you are not obliged bo book accommodation with Kaplan.  By booking with Kaplan, you will be doing so at your own risk and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement/license that you sign into.  Please read the content of the offer email which will detail the accommodation, provider and further information on this. You will not be able to join the room move waiting list to move into University of Liverpool accommodation if you book a room and will need to discuss your requirements with the Private Provider.

Students who receive an offer direct from the University of Liverpool accommodation office will be able to receive an exclusive 39 week contract

You will be required to pay an advanced fee of £250 when signing your agreement and this forms part of the overall rent balance.  

Students are able to pay their balance in full or 4 instalments throughout the tenancy.  Further information will be provided within the offer.

You must also provide a UK based guarantor.  The guarantor must be over the age of 18 and provide Photo ID and proof of address dated within the last 3 months.
